Payments: All orders require payment in full at time order is placed. Cook E Royale takes Cash, Venmo, Paypal, CashApp and Payments through Square. If payment in full is not completed; your order could be subject to baker availability.

Refunds: Baked goods such as custom cookies, drop cookies, hot cocoa bombs and macarons are perishable, all sales are final. Cook E Royale does not accept returns, exchanges or offer refunds.

Every one’s taste is different and I haven’t had any complaints. Cook E Royale does not accept returns or offer refunds for any orders merely because you do not like the taste.

Pickups: All pick-ups must be scheduled in accordance with City of Kennewick rules and regulations. Early or late pick-ups may be accommodated if you let us know in advance. All Saturday orders must be picked up by 2pm, unless otherwise scheduled. Cook E Royale is NOT responsible for any products that are damaged due to customer handling, storage, weather, or other situation after baked goods have been handed to customer or delivered.

Monday thru Thursday 9-11 am 

Friday 9-11 am

Saturday 10am -12pm

All pick-ups are by appointment only

Pre-Order Pick ups: Pre-order sales are scheduled for a specific date and time for pick up. If that date/time doesn’t work with your schedule, I’m happy to reschedule your pick up on the next available pick up date. You must contact Cook E Royale to schedule. Orders not picked up 24 hours after the scheduled pick up times will be considered abandoned.

No refunds or credits will be applied for abandoned orders.

Delivery: Orders may be delivered based on availability. There will be a delivery fee of $15 and based on the mileage to the venue. Delivery is only for the Tri-Cities area and must be scheduled with Cook E Royale.

Shipping: Cottage Food Bakeries are not permitted to ship their products. No shipping is currently available. However, with Covid-19. Shipping is allowed temporarily within the Tri-Cities. Shipping must be scheduled with Cook E Royale at time of order.

Allergies: Our products may come in contact with allergens such as: eggs, nuts, such as walnuts, almonds, and pecans, peanuts, soy, milk, wheat, and coconut.

Cook E Royale (Permit #820) operates under the Cottage Food Operation Permit in Washington State
